primal is just unremarkable, it's full of nothing
it has no interesting traits or facets
everyone that lives here just DC travels to relevant DCs that actually have stuff, aether if you want to raid, crystal if you want to goon
and then they realize they spend more time off of primal than on it, so they permanently transfer off
it's most known for being the LATAM DC which is not exactly a win, i've had to deal with brazilians plenty and it's never fun
