You don't need to individually deport every single illegal - you need to disincentivize them from being around in the first place.

>Provide the chance to sell their possessions and get a free plane ticket back to their country of origin if they hand themselves in. If they are instead caught by law enforcement, everything is confiscated instead and they go back to their home country anyway - or a prison in El Salvador.
All of a sudden, illegals will have a better life back in their home country. They won't be willing to stay in the USA, let alone try to come in. The only ones who are still remaining are the ones who have had plenty of warning and you can now use more force of them without a guilty conscience, since they're much more likely to be violent criminals instead of illegal paid-under-the-table workers
