Like this image here. There's no punchline here, this is just a reference to a thing that happened from which memes were made online and then metal gear rising for some reason, which was also a game that suddenly blew up and had memes made about it.
I genuinely cringe at this persons comics and yet they're so beloved despite being unfunny, uncreative and having pre/beg/ tier arts skills.
Not a fan.
