I'm not - the only mortgage I have is on where I live and I keep that at $500 purely as a line of credit. The biggest fight I had with the banks on that one was to not have to pay fees on it anymore.

I've got store credit cards (hardly normal etc.) but aside from that everything personal we own outright. Business leases most stuff.
