wigs usually take the same color as the pc/npc's assigned hair color
if it's an npc you're worried about, I'd copypasta the rgb into a haircolor with xedit and assign it to the npc
ironically npc haircolor in facegen meshes can be directly adjusted in nifskope but wigs work differently for some reason
