for all the accusations of objectivism in the movies, the characters in Snyder's movies behave in explicitly unrandian manners, Pa Kent trying to protect Clark from being ostracized at the cost of his own life is still more palatable to me than Gunn's ugly cgi babies and le hecking doggo. Snyder definitely took Superman more seriously in a way I appreciate.
