I don't know if something like this exists as a game or any other kind of media, but my mind just went to a full blown "modeling experience" kind of deal.
>Having to a hold the right pose and depending on how "off" it is could lead to simple verbal instructions or full blown "adjustments" from the people on set
>Getting aggressively stripped down by backstage helpers to get into the next outfit
>Rushed changing or improper sizing might lead to wardrobe malfunctions
>Bad footwork or timing/spacing with other models on the catwalk might lead to a face plant or a high heel tearing off a long flowing bottom

Some different possible scenarios:
>Really handsy photographer who won't ever throw you off the job, but they will give you less room for error while posing and some really inappropriate touching if you're really off
>Really impatient designer that'll make you go on stage regardless of how "ready" you are or immediately throw you off a job in the nude or whatever embarrassing outfit your wearing (or if it's something nice they rip it off before they throw you out).
>Maybe you're in a time crunch while having to do a complicated outfit swap and you choose to forgo underwear to get dressed on time (better hope everything else is perfect)
>Bitchy rival who tries to give you a wardrobe malfunction where ever she can (Maybe she fucks with your clothes and you have to spot it before you go out there, or you have to walk faster if she's behind you because she'll try to strip you on stage).

I think something like that could be fun.
