This looks good. All the spics in the US can be relocated to the new US territory south of the Rio Grande. They'll still get gibs (why they are here) and can still do manual labor for the superior gringos.
Then with all the spics concentrated in one area instead of throughout the US, will be easier to wipe them out when needed.
