I wish there was a way to revert ghouls back to human form albeit with some mental downsides. maybe I'll try to shove a cortical stack in him and see if that works.

I guess so, then again he had 0 melee skills with no passion when he crash-landed with us and has served as a meat shield now and then especially when clearing the tunnels of bugs on the first day.
