Oh yeah, have I told you about my constitutional analysis of Canada's systems? I believe that a lot of Canadian institutions are unconstitutional, but the Canadian Senate can actually stay despite its very undemocratic nature; it may need to be reapportioned since its existing apportionment is highly unconventional and does not update every ten years; however, it's still a largely constitutional body. There are other institutions such as Catholic public schools which will need some reform but can also be kept, and the reforms will be largely positive and beneficial in nature; among other things, provinces will no longer be able to force Catholic schools to teach abortion to students. Also, Canada's systems to elect the Premier and the Governor are likely constitutional.
