I personally haven't made the comment before so if someone said it previously, that wasn't me. But I will answer; face 3 is just a very strong Miqote face to begin with, but the colors you picked go together nicely with the bright blue eyes (and the slight heterochromia is appealing to me). Ponytails are always solid (hence why ponytail styles are very common) but that particular one I don't see as often as the older ponytails so it helps your look standout some more.
I will add that I don't use too many mods so I'm always more partial to unmodded chars (especially when it comes to hair, faces, exceedingly explicit clothing). Ultimately you should utilize the stuff you yourself like but I stand by that I do quite like your vanilla appearance!
