The question is why people in US don't take 5 minutes to check what this guy did in his past to make money and what culture/zeitgeist he comes from, which is what any person almost anywhere else would do (except in some Western euro country, but imagine an Italian accepted to be president of Spain? Let alone a Paki president of Turkey or Greece). It's astonishing how Muricans were brainwashed to see everybody "just being American, one of us"
