The "Take it Down" act was signed into law back in May.
It seems like the Trump wandering through the desert bit meets all of the criteria for a "digital forgery"
The only part that seems a bit vague is the "matter of public concern"...
The rest of it seems pretty cut and dry.
What am I missing here? Are they intentionally challenging the law?
