It's kind of tough accepting that I'll never know what it's like to kiss a man I love, or be held in his arms at night, or anything like that. Never go on one of those romantic dates or be proposed to on a cool, starry winter's night by the waterfront or something. Can only hope my child does better than me on that front. I suppose there's always the off chance I meet a divorced dad who's not against raising someone else's child, but I'm not holding out hope for it.

I miss these times, they were more innocent days. Fedora neckbeards were cringe as fuck, but it was nowhere near as bad as what we have now.
