The thing is that in most of those bluecuck states, it's actually just one or two big cities full of niggers and spics who vote blue and then all the suburban and rural whites vote red. Vis a vis, there are also nearly purely white states that are blood red, like WVA. The entire democrat strategy right now relies on shipping in infinity browns to win elections and seats; e.g. dems will lose something to the tune of ~15-20 seats in midterms if the census reform passes.

It's effectively just them being angry that communist slop is being gutted from the books at the expense of their precious brown people. The reason, for example, California is such a welfare state is because they have no voting id law. They not only get more seats, and thus electoral votes the more shitskins they attract with gibs, they can also guarantee political hegemony through the illegals voting for gibs. Used to they just used the already legal niggers for that after using them for the race riots to excuse busting up white industry, but it didn't work out for them nearly as well as flooding the country with spics over the past 30 years.

The reason Democrats and Democrats In Disguise play the stupid game is because without illegal immigration or open borders (which is effectively what our enenforced border has been for at least 30 years) the party as is, is pretty much completely unelectable.

>It isn't about the votes, is it?
It is. Specifically, it's about Californian voters; if California ever became red again, Democrats would never win another federal election. The GOP would also exert near unilateral control over Congress and there would be no bipartisan split on any issue, ever, unless the GOP mercifully willed it - which after the way Democrats have enjoyed their own hegemony years would be never ever.
