I have great amounts of steel stockpiled in raw sources and buildings that I can fabricate components. In addition, I expected raids and traders to provide a good amount as well. I can survive on the planetside just fine without deep drills or long range scanners because of how much steel I get from mech clusters, enemy drop pods and smelted weapons.

I just want to know if such events happen up here.
