The government says they can revoke your second amendment rights if you exercise your first amendment rights against their interest.
I was red flagged and I literally didn't do anything.
If they can do this to me, they can do this to you.
You can't hide and pretend to be a good goy anymore.
The government targeted me because of my political activity - they want to stop me from spreading my ideas because they're terrified you'll be influenced by them.
Here's the story:
Someone broke into my computer and took screenshots of my 4chan folder and gave them to the police.
The police lied with no evidence making vague accusations of rumors of "instability" and unspecified threats and the judge allowed it.
They raided my house while I was gone and took my weapons.
They basically had no evidence to support their claim, but the female family court judge made the most biased, adverse findings possible.
I had a lawyer but he threw the case.
Now the state is rubberstamping an extension to the red flag order every year, saying the burden is on me to prove my innocence.
The government thinks my second amendment rights should be permanently revoked based on total bullshit and pure judicial corruption.
But if you get red flagged there's good news: you can just move to another state and make the police pay you for your guns.
The order has no force in a state with no red flag laws. Even if they have evidence of you breaking the order they can't charge you because they have no jurisdiction.
