I don't think Fuji will do that because will move Denji into cartoon villain territory, but even if Denji choses to kill Asa to save Nayuta... that is also a decision that can justify the killing of Denji from Asas perspective, and in the end the plot leads to that confrontation between Denji and Asa, and Denjis weaponization.
