in Poland everybody got almost free flats after communism fell
today I have to get educated first, then get job for at least 7k zlotys AND THEN I CAN TAKE OUT A LOAN FOR 30 YEARS
If I will not have children then it's possible to repay that in 15 years maybe
and this is why young people are either childless, live with their own parents or commonly both
if you can't support your family with honest 8hr per day work then that system isn't worth supporting anymore
