You know if you just flew a bunch of balloons filled with radioactive mid cereal or bio weapons or something like that biological material over Israel. At the same time that the iron dome was activated they would have to turn it down because it may intercept said balloons and chop it all over the Jews at the same time you would probably hit them with missiles and that would be the answer
