Well, new AQ kinda confirmed Capitano (Thrain) will be back.
Lord of Night agreed to help the Sibling do their Khaenri'ah revival bullshit, on "one condition".
Only thing that fits in my mind, and that would make sense seeing what Sibling is trying to accomplish, is for New Khaenriah to allow Thrain's Soul/Memory to come back.
Of course, it wouldn't be 100% Capitano, that version of him would remain on the ice throne. But his old self, the Khaenri'ah self, would be back.
Most likely too, this will be the case with other named characters from that time period. Being that New Khaenri'ah will be a reconstruction, and not time traveling. Therefore, they can revive as many characters as they want.
