Yeah, I've done insanity on and off for about 15 years, it's an amazing program

The gym I'm joining actually has a few people that fight professionally and win, some even undefeated so far so I'm guessing they have good coaches.

What YouTube channels would you recommend for a complete beginner?

Do coaches help you out if you're just using the open gym though?
