They were both definitely leeching off eachother to further their own careers.
Though Spamton is worse because he was the one benefiting from their collab and got mad when Tenna reasonably wanted something back. It's not Tenna's fault for not magically intuiting that Spamton was receiving confidential information that was never supposed to reach him.
