It's pretty self explanatory on the subtitle tab, just pick from the dropdown (or import subtitle if it's a separate .srt file), select burn in as shown here, delete the foreign audio scan that is there by default. Also set your audio codec to MP3, I don't know if it matters or not anymore but it's just something I've been doing since the google drive days of movie hosting, it was necessary for that method so better safe than sorry.
