Whitebeard stabbed through Aokiji and it didn't count because Logia. Despite later it being revealed he has advanced CoC enough to clash with Whitebeard without touching blades, not even counting his quake powers added to it.

Maybe Oda just didn't have armament countering DF planned yet and that's why BB brags he got the darkness fruit and can hit Logias.
