I'm pretty sure Filian openly mentioned that happened in the past and that was (nearly positive) before Mel and Fil stopped hanging out. Filian doesn't really insert her opinions on drama beyond a few jokes and also she "understands the cycle" which is why she likes all the dramafags in OTK.
My own completely unsubstantiated rrat is that she got upset at Melody for bailing on the Hole in the Wall stream idea and Mel has no capacity to deal with confrontation so she just permanently avoided dealing with Filian after that even though Filian probably got over it after a few days.
If VShojo told their talents anything it was probably around the whole Nendoroid thing because suspiciously she had to drop a collab with... Henya and Zen I think? Zen's fell through on collabs 3-4 times at this point and I think Filian no longer cares unless this whole VShojo disaster is going to inspire indies to hang out together and try to make some happy moments in the middle of all the shitty ones. That's not the strongest rrat because Hololive surely cares about "honorabu permissions" to the point that it makes their talents want to quit but I don't think VShojo would feel the same (beyond the situation with Hogwarts Legacy and Silver getting reprimanded by her managers over it).
In summary, it's probably not that complicated.
