Has there ever been a manga more of a victim of power creep than Naruto? From time to time, I browse Boruto on MangaPlus to see what's going on, and it's so far removed from how the series started in 99 that it might as well be set in a completely different universe. People shit on DBS, rightfully so, that manga has its own set of problems, but at least it's still recognizable as Dragon Ball.
