Humans cannot control sickness. or growth and death The body is not ours. The mind is not ours. Some days we may go crazy and have memory loss. Some days we will encounter good things and be happy. If you encounter bad things, you feel sad. We cannot command our minds. The mind is not ours.

I really like Tao and maybe more than Buddhism. And there's more to it than simple living.
