Media should not be blamed for how a person turns out, it should be the parents and guardians responsibility to make sure their kids don't turn out to be weirdos or freaks.

That said, I kinda blame 90's cartoons taking "creative liberties" on thier anthropomorphic animal characters on the existence of horny furries.
