Download the ZIP file, and run "update bat", then run "run.bat" and that's it

It's going to automatically install SD 1.5 which is a little outdated. You can use huggingface.co civit.ai and tensor.art to download other models and loras.
In the folders that SD made go into webui>models
Models or checkpoints go in the "stable-diffusion" folder and loras and lycoris go in the "lora" folder.
Loras have to be based on the model that you have, so if you're using SD 1.5 the lora had that you want to use had to be made with SD 1.5, if you want to run a lora that was made with SDXL then you have to also have the SDXL model.

One of the easiest ways to get started with AI for noobs is by using inpainting. URPM on civitai it pretty darn good, make sure you download the inpainting model and place it in your "Stable-diffusion" folder, webui>models>stable-diffussion

Comfyui is a newer and more versatile tool that even allows you to generate video but it takes a little more knowhow. Once you get the hang of SD, you can look up Flux and it should be easy
