A lot of white people have a savior complex and usually tends to view others as too weak and/or incompetent to help themselves, which can be considered another form of racism that is more often displayed by liberals. This often manifests from selfish intent and not out of genuine concern for others, and is obviously the former in this guy's case as he's just a weeaboo who likely thinks he's the exception to his own words.
