If God is evil, then where does good come from? The devil? Is the devil not created? Following your logic, God must then Himself be good since his creation is good and because he willed it to be good, since otherwise it would not have been good. Either God is neither good or evil(and thus has no reason to care), or he's good. If Good was evil then there be no basis for good to appear into the world, meaning that the mere existence of goodness proves God is good.
