Any legit citizen can get their citizenship verified almost instantly. If you don't speak english and somehow have a problem with that odds are good you belong over the fence. The 1 in 100,000 retards that are citizens yet have trouble proving it and don't speak english can (unfortunately) find their way back. Just throw all of them out.
