Interdasting fact. Most homeless seen sitting in the gutters are not actually homeless, they have places to live, scummy but existential places, they just like drugs and want us to give them money with which to buy heroin & crack. That’s the case here anyway.
Some are probably genuine hobo’s.
In winter here you’d probably die very easily if you had to sleep outdoors in urban settings.
