I see, I also struggle with that slightly. Prompting proper positions helps, as well as the right aspect ratios. For example, if you gen a doggystyle, it'll often not gen the man, but if you prompt for upright straddle, sitting, the man has more chances to appear
The worst positions for that in my experience are missionary and cowgirl. Another thing that helps a lot is prompting known characters and trying to describe the male's features and expressions. It's far easier to prompt for a Boruto+Himawari scene than to prompt two nameless OCs
