According to Google, Great Britain did have some immigration to deal with labor shortages after World War 2. But these were people from the "Commonwealths" and many of whom were probably White citizens living in the British colonies, and yeah maybe some of them were people of color. But there was also many Polish people who went to Great Britain to help with the labor shortages.
