The OP is just okay. I find it too much of an upbeat anison just for the sake of an upbeat anison. The visuals are good, but too much is going on, just like the song.
The ED is great. It has a good buildup and layering. I like it when the drums and the organ join in in the second half of the verse. The chord progression is quite interesting too, especially in the chorus, and sounds a bit melancholic which I like. The bass sometimes doesn't play the root note too, effectively creating chord inversions which make the chord progression more interesting. The transpose at the end of the chorus gives the song a nice twist and a bigger climax. Love the visuals though, especially Sakurako swinging Taishou around, the 360 camera scene, and the girls in their sleepwear (which we later find out is from episode 10). Kinda sucks when your favorite character doesn't make the cut. BUT, I don't like the way they handle the transpose in the full version, so the song loses a few points. Because of that, Hibimeshi's ED wins.
Also there's no such thing as objectively speaking in music.
