Cool, I'm probably use it this time instead of New Vegas skills.
How come Skyrim doesn't have mods like this? I mean mods that significantly change the roleplay system. I've seen mods that change perks and add new ones, but the closest I've seen is one that adds a level ups like in Fallout and it was very junk

I like snake eyes with unnaturally white skin, it's a cool idea. Some face paint or skin defects on the edges of the face may be interesting, but I'm not sure if this is your thing
