seems like you're trying to use loras for different regions. i've tried, but it was too slow for me. what i'm doing is really just a "BREAK" functionality.

i use image generate gradient (was-node-suite) -> convert image to mask for the gradients instead of gaussian blur (and an invert as you did). i just use condition (set mask) from base comfy. strength set to 1 for all.
