I would designated some units as “reserve units” and use them to reinforce areas on that front. Keep them in the middle of the hump and then cycle them to the radius of the circle depending upon which areas Ukraine pushes

I suppose the easiest way to describe what I’m saying is Russia should deploy two concentric circles of units.
