Yeah, Ralsei's intentionally designed to come across as bumbling and naive but that and his withholding knowledge along with clearly being aware of the video game shit make him come across as aggravatingly "fake" to a point. I get chapter 4 has him get over it but it still makes him frustrating as fuck at times to be around.
