It's realllllllllly good, but not too long. My (non-100% but pretty close to it exploring every inch of the map) playthrough was about 10 hours, but I'm autistic and died/reloaded a lot, so you'll probably be a bit less.

The game really steps into its own when you reach the 2nd map but isn't much longer after that. I actually got the bad ending my first playthru but was totally fine with it since it felt like a perfect capstone for my story lol, it's a really solid game. I'd highly recommend a revisit.
