Would it be something that would help carry me through all the content like Carlotta and her signature weapon in WuWa? I also don't have any other good swords for Skirk immediately available, although I could make the craftable one. I have about 20k primos, but my roster is fairly shallow. But, like, I would have been a total fool not to roll both Carlotta and her weapon, and I was essentially in the same spot. HODL for 2.0 characters to widen my roster or get Skirk a weapon?
