My last car was a ~10 year old used Oldsmobile that had been totaled then put back together by a dealer after the insurance wrote it off. When I got under it to change the oil I could see bends in the frame from the accident. It had a slight sway on the highway as a result.
I bought that thing for $1500, drove it without issue for 15 years, then sold it to a scrapper for $500. Best car I've ever had.
