Hey, so i'm a newfag at sdxl/illus/noobai. I've wasted a fuckton of hours on baking loras (i tried lora, lyco, and glora) because they didn't look right at all ("weak" is the terminology, I guess?).

Well, on my 30th attempt, I generated an image through the base NoobAi 1.1 eps checkpoint since that's what it was trained on, instead of the recommended merges/mixes I downloaded on civitai and arcenciel dot io, and it actually looks like the style I've been attempting to replicate for fucking ever. Turns out my bakes were probably working all fine just not on those checkpoints...

Anyway, is there a reason why merged/mix checkpoints based on NoobAI 1.1 or even Illustrious don't really do the style loras justice? Is it like a known thing that they're style lora killers, do I have to train on them instead? Or is it a skill issue on my end? I'd like to know for future loras, you know to avoid wasting so much time lol! xD
