Spectre Press is an imprint of Precis Intermedia Games owned by Brett Bernstein.
Anything Brett publishes for RPG Pundit these days is under that imprint due to issues caused by witchhunting on other forums

Although anything published by Precis or acquired by them through purchasing the rights of old RPG games applies to the Do Not Post lists due to past takedowns, some of Pundits titles that fall under the PIG/SP still get shared from time to time.
For a more complete list of whats on the DNP list from them, you can have a look here

Theres also a post for Old Games that Brett updates somewhat frequently whenever he has in interest in acquiring the rights to an old rpg line. The thread is called Forgotten RPGs and he uses it to find about who has the rights to a given line, then pursues the current rights holder for acquisiton.
Its a pretty good way to find out what existing rpgs will soon be up on the DNP, and picking them up before they get banished to the shadow realm.
