I hadn't really considered plugins, I try to avoid them for common stuff so that I'm not muscle memory ruined on patch days. If it works though I'd try it out.

I want to be able to set focus target to what I'm mousing over. There is a setting in keybind for setting current target as focus but I don't think there is anything else. What I want is doable by using /focustarget <mo> but dedicating a hotbar button to it would be less than ideal.
