It's never really mentioned beyond the fact that she just doesn't care about money. She isn't really the type to spend a lot though (unless she's buying things for others). I assume she gets paid some kind of wage now that she works at an orphanage, but whatever meager personal expenses she has are probably covered by Schicksal anyway.
