Likely that someone was trying to slide in her dms and she was open to the idea, hearing them out.
About a day later someone in these threads pointed out she was following the account and shortly after she unfollowed, pretty sus activity

Katchii followed a locked X account with no other followers. She was following it for more than a day until someone pointed it out in a thread here, shortly after she unfollowed. Someone is trying to slide in and she is responding to see what's going on. There is no other reason for her to follow a 0 followers account created January 2017, she was interested in whoever it was. Since it is locked the owner have to accept the follow, so both Katchii and the 0 follower account owner were active
