My pick for the title this season was Piastri based on how McClaren developed the MCL39 and my belief that he's not only a better drive than Norris but also has the mental fortitude that Norris lacks.

Norris will break under pressure, Piastri won't etc.

*That* said, Verstappen is quantifiably the best driver of his generation. The RB21 is by all accounts a terrible car to drive for a multitude of reasons and yet he's able to extract the level of performance he does consistently.

Personality wise he's, umm, difficult, I'll agree. And his father is an absolute monster.
